Additional Image Capture within Learning Communities

TSS provides an additional opportunity to staff who were unavailable on the day(s) TSS last visited their establishment to have their images captured. TSS staff will organise image capture within a learning community in conjunction with the Headteacher.  Once this service has been organised and a date agreed staff will be alerted by the learning community concerned.  Due to the need to verify the database information pertaining to the staff concerned such bookings will have to be made by prior arrangement with TSS which are obliged to follow the guidelines below.

1.       Education employees who are not recorded on the master database (provided and maintained by Education HR) can be photographed but cannot be issued with an ID badge until those individuals details are recorded on the PERS database. TSS will retain the image until the Master Database is updated and then issue an ID badge to the individual concerned.

2.       It will be the responsibility of the establishment concerned to establish contact with Education HR and request that the member(s) of staff is added to the establishment staff database.  Only when this update has been completed, and staff are listed on the revised master database, should establishments re-contact TSS and request an ID badge for the individual concerned.

3.       Establishments should note that TSS cannot adjust, alter name spellings, delete or add staff names to the information listed on the master database.  The frequency of updating is presently once per month.
