Additional Weekly Image Capture

In cases where TSS does not hold a current image for the member(s) of staff requiring a badge, or where the staff members were unavailable on the day(s) TSS last visited their establishment, the additional Weekly Image Capture Service is the quickest and most efficient method of badge provision. 

Arranging a visit to TSS

This service is available throughout term time and allows staff to visit TSS to have their image captured and a badge produced.  We would encourage schools to make use of this service by contacting TSS on admin@tss.ea.glasgow.sch.uk to arrange a suitable time slot within the days listed below.

Days available weekly:            Monday           (9.00am – 12.10 and 1.00pm – 4.00pm)

                                                                Friday              (9.00am – 12.10 and 1.00pm – 4.00pm)

This service is presently underutilised and is the simplest way for staff to have their image captured and issued with an ID Badge.  TSS recommends that schools make better use this facility.
