Additional Weekly Image Capture

In cases where TSS does not hold a current image for the member(s) of staff requiring a badge, or where the staff members were unavailable on the day(s) TSS last visited their establishment, the additional Weekly Image Capture Service is the quickest and most efficient method of badge provision.

Arranging a visit to TSS

This service is available throughout term time and allows staff to visit TSS to have their image captured and a badge produced. 

Individuals who require an image captured for an ID badge must make arrangements by appointment only with TSS by emailing admin@tss.ea.glasgow.sch.uk  

Days available weekly:                

Wednesday               9.00am – 12.10pm and 1.00pm – 4.00pm

Thursday                  9.00am – 12.10pm and 1.00pm – 4.00pm

COVID Arrangements:

Appointments are made at strict 10 minute intervals, can you please arrive on time to minimise contact with school staff and pupils. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled. If you cannot attend at your allocated time slot, please contact TSS as soon as possible.
