Employees not recorded on ID Database

Education employees who are not recorded on the ID database (provided and maintained by Education HR) can be photographed but cannot be issued with an ID badge until those individuals details are recorded on the ID database. TSS will retain the image until the ID Database is updated and then issue an ID badge to the individual concerned.

It will be the responsibility of the establishment concerned to contact Education HR ServiceHR@glasgow.gov.uk and request that the member(s) of staff is added to the establishment staff database.  Only when this update has been completed, and staff are listed on the revised ID database, should establishments re-contact TSS and request an ID badge for the individual concerned.

The frequency of update is presently every 2 – 3 weeks.

Establishments should note that TSS cannot make name changes, alter name spellings, delete or add staff names to the information listed on the ID database.
